As a former U.S. Marine, Freddie deeply understands the critical importance of delivering high-quality products on time, especially those essential for supporting and protecting the warfighter. His extensive knowledge and expertise in nurturing exceptional talent is pivotal in driving Naprotek's growth and expansion.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Freddie is married to his high school sweetheart. Together, they have three adult children and three grandchildren. In his leisure time, Freddie enjoys playing weekend golf with his Marine buddies and cherishing moments with his wife.
